The Collectors Mirror Pop Up

Inspired by Peggy Guggenheim’s Venetian apartment, Mirror of Them was unveiled through a lived-in pop-up experience that blurred the lines between art, fashion, and design a celebration of creative women and the spaces they inhabit.
Mirror of Them celebrates the women who shaped and challenged modern art those who blurred the lines between creation and curation, between art and life itself. At its heart is Peggy Guggenheim collector, curator, patron, and icon.
Her Venetian apartment was more than a home; it was a living museum, where canvases by Pollock and Miró hung above mismatched chairs, and where guests could drift from room to room in conversation and wonder. It was this sense of lived-in creativity that inspired Mirror of Them.
To honour that spirit, madre natura presented its newest collection within a reimagined apartment experience a space that celebrated intimacy, imperfection, and the beauty of connection.
For one weekend only, the interior of MASS Practice was transformed into a world that felt at once domestic and artistic — a home filled with possibility. Garments were draped across vintage furniture and arranged alongside sculptural works by Studio GARDNER and DARLING, forming a quiet dialogue between fabric, form, and space. Every corner invited touch, movement, and pause an exploration of fashion as art, and art as living.
The evening before the pop-up opened, we hosted a launch gathering a celebration of friends, artists, and collaborators who continue to shape the madre natura story. The night was filled with conversation and reflection, echoing the same creative exchange that once animated Peggy’s salon. It was a reminder that art like clothing finds its meaning in the people who experience it.
Mirror of Them is both a tribute and a continuation. It looks to the women who came before us who collected, nurtured, and redefined modern aesthetics and asks how their legacy might live on through what we wear and how we create.
Phase 01 of Mirror of Them, now available for pre-order and made-to-order online, released in thoughtful phases. Each piece is an invitation to collect and curate your own narrative, piece by piece a mirror of those who came before, and of who we are becoming.
