We offer complimentary lifetime mends for all Madre Natura garments — because your clothes should stay in circulation, not in landfill.

Services include:

• Custom Pant Lengths: processed within 4 business days.

• Buttons & Zippers: mend or replace, typically within 4 days (up to 4 weeks for zipper replacements).

• Anything Else: we’re happy to help — simply email us.

Australian customers enjoy free shipping on select mends.
International customers cover postage for all mends.

Closing the loop, together.

When your piece has reached the end of its life with you, email us for a free return label.
We’ll reprocess it responsibly, ensuring it’s reused, recycled, or transformed — and you’ll receive a small thank-you gift for helping us complete the circle.
