Mend
Mend for a Lifetime
We believe in repair over replacement because your clothes deserve more than a one‑time life. That’s why we offer complimentary lifetime mends on all madre natura garments.
What We Do:
Custom Pant Lengths: processed within 4 business days
Buttons & Zippers: mend/replacement (typically ~4 days; up to 4 weeks for zipper work)
Anything Else: if you need help with another issue, just email us — we’re happy to help.
Shipping Notes:
Australian customers enjoy free shipping on select mends
International customers cover postage for all mends.

Care Is Circular
How you care for your garment is part of its circular journey. Every purchase comes with a digital care guide full of thoughtful tips for washing, storing and maintaining your piece. Small actions go a long way in keeping your clothes looking great longer.
Reprocess
Closing the Loop
When your piece has reached the end of your journey with it, you can send it back to us. We’ll take it and reprocess it responsibly ensuring it’s reused, recycled or transformed into new material, rather than ending up in landfill.
And as a thank‑you for helping us complete the circle, you’ll receive a small gift.
