Please allow approximately 4 weeks for production before your order is dispatched. We'll keep you informed as your piece makes its way to you.

All orders are packed and dispatched from our Sydney studio. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We offer domestic and international shipping. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by local customs authorities, which are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Australian orders over $300 qualify for complimentary shipping.

As every madre natura garment is made to order, we encourage you to make use of this service if you're unsure about sizing or fit. Simply email hello@madrenatura.com.au to arrange a virtual fitting before placing your order.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, we offer a credit note, subject to our returns policy. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind where permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Each madre natura piece is designed with longevity in mind. We recommend gentle handling and mindful care appropriate to each fabric.

Care instructions are provided with every garment, alongside access to our Care Manual, with guidance on maintaining and extending the life of your piece.

We offer complimentary lifetime mending across all madre natura garments.

If your piece becomes damaged through wear, please contact us to discuss repair options. Where possible, we'll work to extend the life of your garment beyond its initial wear.

As bespoke pieces may be made to individual specifications, we'll confirm the details, pricing, production timeline and applicable terms with you before your order is placed.
